Your privacy is of upmost concern to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we will use your information in relation to the provision of our hosting service.
We do not,
and will not sell, rent or otherwise give out your personal details
(including name, address, phone number, payment details and email
address) to any third parties. We will use the email address
that
you supply to us in order to communicate with you regarding the
services which we provide - this may include the provision of technical
or sales support, giving details about your web hosting account,
giving/requesting financial information with relation to payment for
the services we provide you, or notification of updates to our User Agreement
or Privacy
Policy.
As a registered customer of IWHS, you must agree to receive
emails regarding the status of your web hosting account - this could
include payment details, notifications of service status and
notifications of due dates for payment or the expiry of your hosting
account. We will never send marketing email to our customers.
If you are not a customer and we receive your email address as a result
of an enquiry sent to us via email or our contact
form,
we will only use the address to answer the original query.
Your
email address is not added to any database, nor will we ever use it to
send marketing email to you.
The only circumstances under which we may release your personal
information is
when required by a law enforcement
agency or other rights-holder as a result of any actions performed by
you on this web host that are in violation of our User Agreement.
IWHS reserve the right to access the contents of our customer's hosting
accounts
(this includes all files, not limited to directories accessible to web
browsers, and includes the contents of password-protected directories)
at any time with the sole purpose of checking for content in breach of
our User
Agreement. Your IP
address is logged every time you log into cPanel - this is in order for
us to monitor any abuse issues. The IP addresses of your site
users are also logged (as is standard practice on most websites) - you
will have access to these logs from within cPanel, but they are also
available to IWHS staff.
All payments are made via
PayPal. PayPal are an external payment
processing company and they have their own Privacy Policy that is not
related to the way IWHS uses your details. You
should
read the PayPal terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at the time of
payment. We will not be held responsible for any dispute that
arises from unwanted use of your data by PayPal.
